16th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)The Marsh and Parsons team led by Phil Coombes at the Barnes office can be recommended without hesitation based on my family's experience. The results speak for themselves with a very successful sale achieved in a matter of weeks without any hitches. The excellent outcome was the result of Marsh and Parsons understanding the unique character of the house and identifying a bespoke sales strategy which was rolled out according to plan with great energy and enthusiasm. Phil Coombes took the time to develop a rapport and working relationship with us as his clients and his shared understanding and appreciation of the house was much appreciated. Communications were good in keeping us informed at each stage. Phil Coombes leads an excellent team who were all involved but a special thanks must be given to Alistair Husbands who negotiated the sale.- 11th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)Recently exchanged on a stunning 2 bed flat with KFH Putney and couldn't be happier. The branch manager Josh Collins was instrumental in making the transaction happen, with his expertise in negotiating a favourable deal for both parties, which wasn't the easiest thing to do, given I put in an offer lower than the vendors originally wanted to accept. I would also like to give a big shoutout to our lovely sales negotiator Victoria Haugaard, who was very attentive, highly professional and helpful to my parents and I throughout the process and was great to work with both on and off the viewings. Highly recommend this team!

In doing so, I can ‘keep an eye’ to ensure that all of us are up to date with Willmotts’ notices and correspondence. My said relatives are currently living outside London and busy whilst I am resident, having enjoyed the good estate management service by Willmotts for years to date. We appreciate Rosie’s good service. Thank you.

9th Apr 2026 (13 weeks ago)Rented via Prime a number of years ago - had an underwhelming experience. When it came to viewing and renting a property, everything was very efficient. However, during our rental, they were slow to fix an issue which arose in the property. Our boiler broke during winter and this took around 3 weeks for them to sort. The first engineers they sent had no idea what to do. This was during Covid times so maybe there is some excuse, but it still left us with cold water for a considerable amount of time. A different minor request was just ignored. Towards the end of our tenure, they asked one of us to be in the property so they could show new prospective tenants around. One time, they just didn't turn up - no notice/apology. Another time, a group of lads turned up to view the property without a Prime agent, so we just had to show them round. Very strange. Randomly once, an architect entered the property with his own keys and said he had been told the property was empty. Moving out was not seamless, with a dispute taking a couple of months to conclude. I would suggest reading your moving in inventory very carefully and challenging everything which isn't precisely accurate at the time. Overall, it seemed pretty clear from our experience and the other reviews that Prime do a great job managing properties for the landlord, but less so for the renter.

From the very first interaction, she was warm, professional, and incredibly proactive. Her communication was always clear and timely, and she went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress?free.<br><br>Abigail is genuinely one of the best agents I’ve dealt with. She made everything feel easy, and her attention to detail and friendly approach made a huge difference. I couldn’t recommend her or Martin & Co Battersea Reach more highly.

9th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

Both Rose and Faz, the 2 Managing Directors, are personable, hands-on and very helpful throughout.<br><br>Hemmingfords was also my estate agents for the sales of my flat. I had many offers fall through in previous sales negotiations with other estate agents. Sam Ghadakchi, their Sales Director, was able to get an offer on the table very quickly, helped me choose a good solicitor and facilitated the entire process very smoothly.<br><br>I would highly recommend the Hemmingfords team. Great people and better real estate agents.

19th Jun 2026 (17 days ago)Very disappointing experience.<br><br>I paid a holding deposit, completed the referencing and background checks, and was sent a draft tenancy agreement to sign. I was also contacted and informed that everything was fine and that the final contract would be sent shortly.<br><br>Based on these assurances, I gave notice to my current landlord to vacate my existing property.<br><br>After waiting for around two weeks, I unexpectedly received an email indicating that the property was still available. It appeared that the property continued to be marketed despite my holding deposit having been paid, the referencing process having been completed, and a draft contract having already been signed.<br><br>What was most concerning was the lack of communication. At no point was I proactively informed that there was an issue or that the tenancy might not proceed. Had I not received that email and followed up myself, I could have been left without confirmed accommodation after already serving notice on my current home.<br><br>This situation caused significant stress and uncertainty and could have had serious consequences. I would strongly advise future tenants not to give notice on their current property until they have a fully executed tenancy agreement and written confirmation that everything is finalised.- 16th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)?I currently rent with Foxtons, and the customer support is appalling. Our agent Harry and his manager Libby keep customer care at the bottom of their priority list. I have called multiple times, left emails, and left voicemails, all to be completely ignored.<br><br>?We were without a functioning bathroom for 5 months. A rental reduction was requested, acknowledged, and then ignored for months, honestly don't believe the request was ever even passed to the landlord. Now, we are at the end of our tenancy and have found new tenants for the flat, but again, we are being ignored.<br><br>?I have found the landlord's details and will contact him directly today just to get a response. Shocking service.
