In that time, I have not had a single viewing, but more importantly, there has been zero proactive communication or updates from their team.<br><br>The pattern seems to be: sign the agreement, upload the photos, and then completely forget the client exists. The only time I hear anything is when I make the effort to reach out to them first.<br><br>Selling a home requires active management, continuous feedback on market positioning, and clear updates—none of which I have experienced here.
