This agency deserves a -5.<br>I experienced being selectively ignored regarding serious issues with the property I rent. Communication from my experienced haven’t been very good either. Emails get ignored and no one really chases up on issues you bring up the “work” done tends to be botched jobs that fall below standards and tenants are just expected to put up and shut up. can’t give no answer on speaking with the landlords to rectify issues unless you have to become persistent chasing them for answers and even then it runs the risk of being ignored. When I reported an ongoing issue for over 3 years I have experienced being told I was running the risk of the landlords selling up. Which was couple months ago. but if things do happen it tends to be botch jobs and masking over issues rather than fixing them. I have sat and read the reviews and Every single “negative” review is also something i have experienced too, my experiences with this agency hasn’t been the greatest unfortunately. If you do speak up be prepared to receive a threatening emails regarding legal action.... Read more
