21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Exceptional experience selling with Pygotts Grantham, the process from valuation, official listing to viewers and a sale was under 2 weeks which is exactly what we were hoping for to get a shot at buying a house we loved!<br>Luke came round out of hours and was really enthusiastic about our property, this gave a great feeling from the off.<br>The whole team throughout the process were brilliant, handled all viewings, key management for surveys, constant communications, and helping push the chain along every step of the way. 20th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
