29th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)I popped in to Engall Castle during one of my visits when I had decided that I wanted to relocate and downsize to a smaller house in a nice location. I had arranged with Wendy viewings of a few properties when Wendy informed me of a house that was about to go on the market. It was one amongst others that I viewed on the day. A big thank you to Steve who was the one to show me around all the properties and was very friendly, informative and knowledgeable with the information he provided me with. As soon as I came out of the property that I viewed, and which was yet to go on the market, I called Engall Castle and put in an offer. I then arranged a second viewing within a couple of days and Elisha was great and waiting for me. She answered all my questions. The communication along the way, has been outstanding and I have nothing but praise for all the Team members at Engall Castle. I shall be forever grateful ?????? to Wendy for telling me about the house which I absolutely adore. So a big thank you to you all, and you will never know the extent of my gratitude to you all. I never had to chase or nudge for an update, which made the whole process feel so smooth and stress-free. The rest of the team were also lovely and helpful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chelsea and the team!

They helped us through every step of the process, kept us informed but weren't too intense either.<br><br>Beth worked so hard to get our sell and buy through, and I truly believe she was instrumental to bringing the process to a close quicker than we expected it to be.<br><br>They are professional, but also kind and sympathetic to the stresses of moving. The team have invaluable knowledge and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of moving!

They looked after us from the beginning to the end, overcoming any problems and relieving us of the anxieties related to the buying/selling process. Great communication throughout, with nothing being too much trouble for them. Would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again should we need to.
