Having dealt with several other estate agents during my search, including one purchase with another agent that progressed quite far before falling through with little support provided from that particular agent, I can honestly say the service at Hunters stood out. Vicky, Marissa and team were consistently friendly, responsive, and proactive throughout the process. They were quick to address any questions or concerns, providing clear updates and helping everything move along smoothly and efficiently. Their support made the stress of house buying feel much more manageable. I would definitely recommend them — thank you again!

6th May 2026 (3 days ago)I was recommended to use Taylor & Wood for selling my house. I met with Mike at the property, from the start I felt comfortable with him. No rushing, Mike took his time and the photos were amazing, so much so my house sold almost immediately. The ladies in the office Michelle, Liz and Anne are very helpful and all the team kept me updated throughout the sale process. If you want nice, friendly and professional people then look no further. Communication appears inconsistent, with different information provided at different times, which makes it difficult to rely on what is being said. There also seems to be a lack of clear structure, procedures and follow-through, which affects confidence in how the business operates.

9th Nov 2025 (5 mo. ago)Our experience with this estate agent, and in particular with Joanne, was extremely disappointing from start to finish. As buyers, we were made to feel like we weren't a priority, when it was clearly implied that her main responsibility was to the seller rather than providing a fair and professional service to both parties. We did everything requested of us promptly and with patience, but even basic communication was difficult, because her tone was often passive-aggressive and condescending, which made the process unnecessarily stressful, and actually really upset me a lot at times! On multiple occasions, we were pressured to complete tasks urgently, even when we were already working as quickly as possible. The final stages of completion were particularly frustrating, as Joanne was completely unreachable on the day - a moment that should have been exciting for us as first-time buyers. Thankfully, our solicitors stepped in to resolve the issue. However, the final straw was Joanne’s audacity in accusing me of being a liar and making inappropriate comments about others in the process. Her complete lack of respect and accountability is concerning and incredibly frustrating! I advise others to be cautious before dealing with this agency.

Ashleigh was particularly helpful — always professional, responsive, and clear in her communication, which made things much easier from our side. The move-out process was straightforward and handled efficiently, and everything was dealt with fairly. Overall, a well-managed service and a professional team to deal with. Would happily rent through them again.

Jess personally called me to understand my preferences and what I was truly looking for in a property. While she covered the usual questions, it never felt transactional—she genuinely wanted to understand our needs, not just whether we could afford something. She then arranged a meeting with a mortgage advisor to give us a clear picture of our budget, followed by a full day of viewings tailored to our preferences. I haven’t experienced this level of care and attention anywhere else. They made the entire process feel smooth and personal, and thanks to their support, we found our beautiful home exactly as we had hoped.

We had a huge amount of interest immediately, leading to plenty of viewings and several offers within days. A brilliant experience all round!

We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.

I was then up against at tight deadline with the sale and it’s fair to say I made my fair share of calls and emails into the office. Gabby was absolutely outstanding at moving things along at pace for me and always responded promptly. We got the sale completed in an unbelievable timescale and I’m extremely grateful to West Riding. I cannot fault the process whatsoever throughout.
