Their communication was flawless, and they kept me calm and informed throughout the entire roller-coaster ride. Selling a house is stressful at the best of times, but Jon and Sophie made a complicated situation manageable. I highly recommend this agency and cannot thank Jon and Sophie enough for their outstanding dedication!

The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Availability on the telephone and communication in general was great. They clearly smoothed what would otherwise have been a very bumpy ride in the market we were selling in. Thank you all

Jackie was so kind and helpful throughout the entire letting process! She kept us updated at every turn and was an utter pleasure to work with, she made everything so painless! She was so thorough with making sure the property was up to a high standard when we got the keys, after dealing with London letting agents who couldn’t care less this was so refreshing! I can’t recommend Grier & Partners enough, especially Jackie! Thank you!!

She was very helpful in answering my questions and assisting me with the necessary arrangements, making the whole process much smoother and less stressful. From start to finish, the entire process was managed with professionalism and care. Matt did an outstanding job with the photography; his eye for detail is exceptional. He clearly takes great pride in his work and goes the extra mile to ensure the property is presented in the best possible light. Tracy managed our sale and after-sales process, and she was truly exceptional. She was always on top of everything, consistently keeping all parties informed and ensuring communication was prompt and clear. Her efficiency made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and well-organised. 16th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Hizzy were recommended to my sister back in 2022 as a safe pair of hands in Hadleigh and having dealt with another high profile estate agent in the high street (and being highly sceptical about their over-inflated prices and service on another project) I was very happy to stick with the recommendation and I'm very pleased I did.<br><br>With my mother's health declining I first met Lee in summer 2023 to discuss options on selling her house but for one reason or another the house stayed in her ownership until she died later that year. The estate stayed untouched for nearly 2 years but in January this year (2026) I re-established contact and finally met Ross.<br><br>I've bought and sold a fair few properties and am on high alert for Estate agent fluff BUT I was very reassured about his and Lee's response times, flexibility and no-nonsense straight talking. I liked both of them immediately.<br><br>We both knew the market conditions with high interest rates and a general lack of market confidence that the asking price had taken a dive from our first discussions in 2023 and that the sales market was slow but we pushed on with prepping the house to sell and market in March 2026.<br><br>For a modest little house in a quiet year we got plenty of footfall at the house, a handful of offers as well which faltered because of the buyers circumstances but finally we found the right buyer. Legals took a wee bit longer than I would have expected but everyone at Hizzy were really excellent at updating me about updates and news at every turn, whether good or adverse.<br><br>In short I have no hesitation in recommending HIZZY as a very safe pair of hands for a house sale. 'Estate agents' and 'honest' are not always words seen in the same sentence but happily I can say without contradiction they are both. I think they are very experienced and know their stuff and really can't be faulted. I also liked the fact that their premises are tucked away in a modest smart trading estate so they aren't wasting unnecessary money on presentation and high street business rates. As I said above it is all no-nonsense and quietly slick and I can see why they have sold so many houses in Hadleigh and their reputation is growing all the time.<br><br>We completed this morning on my Mum's house and I am very grateful to them for their guidance and support throughout this spring and summer.

15th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We chose Oakheart as we liked our negotiator Freddie .<br>Unfortunately he moved branches .<br>Un experienced agents doing the viewings .<br>Boards going up , boards going down !<br>Saw out our contract. Ask for property to be removed from Rightmove , this took 4 days with a reminder .<br>Two weeks later and being off market the board is still up .<br>Lots of apologies from the office ! For several reasons .<br>Best thing about Oakheart is their branding !
