7th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. I am happy to recommend Knight Frank

Grace was amazing throughout the whole process, as a newly single mum and first time buyer I didn’t have a clue, Grace kept me in the loop at all times and there was never a question that went unanswered! Having carried out the recommended survey work on the exterior of the property, we were interested to find out how this had affected the value of the property. James very kindly carried out a valuation without any commitment knowing we had no intent in moving. He managed to carry out the survey on the day. Fabulous service, very grateful, thank you.

Unfortunately, after five stressful months dealing with a very difficult buyer, it was clearly not meant to happen and the sale fell through. Throughout, Mark Price showed true professionalism - always proactive and on hand to give advice and keep communications going. The agent was terrific; he liaised efficiently and swiftly with my vendors and lawyers, as needed, and he was invariably as friendly and helpful as he could be. The purchase went through rapidly, and I have been happily settled ever since. In my view, the smoothness of this purchase was related to my agent's skills, and also because CR&W are a respected, long-standing agency in my area, so their local knowledge adds a real benefit to what they offer. Nick and Teresa have been incredible from the very start, advising us on the process, matching us with potential buyers (it genuinely feels like this, rather than just getting people through the door and wasting everyone’s time!) and consistently giving feedback so we know what’s happening. To our surprise the amazing service continued after we had accepted an offer, with Nick being instrumental in the sale process and proactively being the conduit that helped us understand was involved, helping to move things along when it felt like they had slowed and ultimately getting us to the point of exchange. We can’t recommend Quarters highly enough, they are absolutely phenomenal!
