17th Dec 2025 (13 weeks ago)Emma and her team helped on a sale for one of our properties with them, through the whole journey, they had taken the proactive action to support on this sale. although there was a drama happened from buyer side, but with Emma's support and help, the sale was completed in the end. So highly recommend Emma and her team. We have other properties with them and currently on selling, so fingers crossed too.

A huge thank you to Jack, Annie and Philippa for being so switched on and doing everything they could to help and support me through the sale. There is a welcoming friendly buzz in the Maidenhead office where things get done with proactive efficiency. On top of that they are just a really approachable and likeable team. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and I feel remembered, even though I don’t go in that often!
20th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)What can you say in a comparison study? No one sells a house regularly, and without some regrets. None of us feels that they’ve achieved what the house was worth to us. But Milsom was transparent in their dealings, reported quickly on the viewings, were responsive to information requests, and clearly knew their market. They were professional!
17th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)We have rented out a property for some time; Hamptons have been the managing agent. The Letting Office have always been helpful and informative; in particular Sonja Broderick who always has time to listen to us. During our time we have had a number of property managers; currently Antony Bacon. Have to say Antony has been the best! He has been pleasant and helpful particularly now when we are dealing with a leak which had gone undetected for some time. He understands how we are feeling about the whole thing, is communicative with progress, and always willing to chase contractors to keep things moving.

We were kept informed at every stage of the process and nothing was too much trouble for them. If we had any problem’s/questions then they were more than happy to find out. However, the agent from Roman, especially Liv who contacted and chased up all the way we found our right one. She has put all the effort to give our family a warmly and tailored house. From day 1 they were head and shoulders above the other agents I had tried, both long established in the town. From communication to marketing my property and finally selling and getting the sale through to completion. Highly Recommended!!!

Always available, always charming, always diligent in following up the slightest lead. We had a very positive experience with Shannon Lumbard who was instrumental in helping us reach completion. Without her consistently monitoring, following up and ensuring all parties were doing what needs to be done, I'm not sure if we would have been able to complete. Due to volatility in the market and even some last minute challenges that caused a lot of stress for all involved, Shannon consistently and professionally worked with us (as well as our own estate agents) to ensure all parties navigated them and sought out any decisions from the seller's and their chain professionally and responsively. We developed great rapport with her during the process, as she took account of our own circumstances and needs for our purchase too, even though we were on the buying side. Whether buying or selling a property, I cannot recommend Shannon enough! Thank you so much to you and all the team at Chancellors.

Henne in particular deserves a mention - she really helped when our chain was dragging by communicating up and down the line and keeping us informed every step. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Avocado have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. Their marketing was superb and customer service has been exceptional throughout. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

Everything from the original valuation to viewing and the outstanding service we received during the offer and sale process has been above and beyond what i have ever experienced with any other estate agency. We wouldn't have closed our slae without the wonderful Janine Lawson aided by her trusty side kick Richard Matby. I couldn't recommend the whole team at Savills Marlow more highly.
