It's taken me a couple of weeks to get to write this review but the team at Leavenheath have been fantastic throughout this protracted sale having produced three purchasers over the period. The first was affected by Liz Truss the second someone trying to buy involving Cryptocurrency (you couldn't write it) They stuck with me throughout the whole process and found the third and successful buyer. Nicole supported us from start to finish throughout what turned out to be an incredibly lengthy and stressful rental process. She kept in regular contact every step of the way, providing frequent updates and always taking the time to reassure us with phone calls and emails. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues with the Lomond rental/management company, and there were multiple occasions where it seemed like we were going to lose the property altogether. Despite all the setbacks, Nicole never stopped fighting our corner. She went above and beyond, chasing every avenue possible and doing everything she could to ensure we secured the property we’d been waiting for all along. Throughout the entire process, Nicole was patient, persistent, professional and incredibly thorough. If it wasn’t for her determination, we genuinely believe we would have been left without a home, with our current rental property now sold and the buyers due to exchange and complete within the week.
