I dealt largely with Nick Plumb in the Newmarket Office. The property had already proven difficult to sell when I approached Nick. David Burr found a buyer and Nick helped the negotiations and then pushed everything through, with considerable and constant input and effort on his part, for the duration of the process. He communicated well, and importantly, very regularly, not only with me but with the buyers and both solicitors, in order to keep the deal moving.
