I am very disappointed with the service I have received during the sale of my property. Throughout the process I have had to repeatedly ask for progress updates, but have mostly received generic responses stating that things are “awaiting review” rather than clear, proactive communication. There has been a lack of regular progress reports, limited chasing of outstanding matters, and very little evidence of active involvement in moving the sale forward.
