Do not rent from Connells Taunton unless you want to be ignored and frustrated. I moved out over two months ago, and I am still waiting for my full deposit refund.<br>The property owner instructed the agency to release the full amount just three days after I moved out. Since then, I have been calling and emailing Connells constantly, but the vast majority of my messages are completely ignored. On the rare occasions I actually get a reply, nobody can explain why it is taking so long.<br>Their website claims refunds take 5–7 business days (which has been my experience with every other agency I’ve used), but the reality here is completely different. I understand that finding a home right now is difficult and avoiding certain agencies is tough, but please save yourself the stress and avoid Connells Taunton if you can.<br>They ignored the landlord, they ignored my emails for two months, and they just ignored a formal TDS warning deadline....
