We have now removed the property from sale as there is no interest shown at all both from Connells Malvern or prospective buyers. At first they were really helpful, but after a few weeks we heard nothing from them. They were rarely able to do viewings, so we had to do them ourselves. There was no feedback unless we telephoned them. We were told that a specific person would be dealing with our home, but this person changed 5 times!
