1st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)From the first contact over the phone to the viewings and subsequent sale of the property to myself, Rachel and the whole team at F&C have been amazing to deal with and professionally excellent. Rachel was understanding of my position as a buyer and really relaid that the vendors which lead to the acceptance of offer that all parties are very happy with. It has been a great example of how to deal with both parties involved equally to maximise the outcome for both. Couldn’t recommend enough!

From our initial meeting with Carl, who was great to speak with & very knowledgeable, to our most recent contact regarding our sale, we have been updated every step of the way. A very easy selling process, made better by all the people of Park Row. Thank you!
7th Oct 2024 (1 year ago)They thought that the location close to the Golf Course would sell the property, but it didn't. I think they should have been more positive about the house and the outlook.
5th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Recently purchased a property through this branch of Screetons and had really disappointing service. From the start they didn’t seem motivated to sell the property at all and handled the offer process very poorly. The offer hadn’t even been put forward (was later accepted so was reasonable), we had to chase for this to be put to the vendor and then chase for a response. They then gave numerous false information down the line presumably to keep the purchase going and would answer questions about the property when they didn’t know the true answer - one being in relation to a gas appliance which is a safety aspect. I’d asked them to listen to their calls as it was unfair to be working this way and they responded that they aren’t recorded so I would assume that they choose to be deceiving quite often. At no point was any responsibility taken, they simply say ‘it is what it is.’ They were aware that a lone and older gentlemen was moving into the property a week before Christmas and these lies had an adverse effect on him which is far from decent nevermind a provided service. Nobody bothered with the keys being handed over - they didn’t even chase the solicitors, they just ‘wondered’ when they’d be released… despite them being ready to go. The staff here are either slack, careless or conniving in our experience. We wouldn’t ever buy or sell through this agent again but I would hate for someone else to have such a bad experience using them.
21st May 2025 (9 mo. ago)Clubleys were fantastic throughout the process of selling our house. They got us a quick sale and were excellent liaising between us and our buyers. They were professional, courteous and friendly throughout the process.

10th Aug 2024 (1 year ago)Very curious at all times and willing to answer questions no matter how many. I always felt they were on my side. Ulliots certainly know the market and I gained the perfect buyer.

1st Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Was on the market for 3 months without hearing a word from the office, nothing at all until we contacted them. Was apologised to at the point and was told would get regular updates every 4 weeks as a minimum. Another 6 weeks went by with no communication whatsoever until chasing them again. Eventually had enough and took it off the market with them.

During my time with Leonards I encountered many personalities all of which form the team that drives the sale, each have their own strengths and roles which, when combined, create something quite formidable, what I witnessed was teamwork at it's very best. If you have the good fortune to have Neil deal with any aspect of your sale then you can rest assured you are in good hands.
