She went far beyond her remit to ensure the transaction crossed the finish line. If I could give her more than five stars, I would. Highly recommended.

It is difficult to select just one member of staff for praise as everybody involved exceeded our expectations.

Everyone we dealt with was helpful, but a special shout-out goes to Chelsea, who was fantastic from start to finish. She was incredibly proactive, always chasing solicitors, keeping us updated, and doing everything she could to help us get to completion smoothly. Highly recommend!

10th Nov 2025 (18 weeks ago)Avoid Hills Estate Agency at All Costs!! I have spent the past year being over-promised and massively under-delivered by Hills. The experience has been nothing short of a disaster. There has been a complete failure in communication from start to finish. I was repeatedly given “estimated completion dates” that never materialised, followed by weeks even over a month of no contact whatsoever. Because of their poor advice, I am now over £2,000 out of pocket. The unprofessionalism is staggering. Staff openly discussed the seller’s personal finances, telling me the seller “had no money” and describing them as “an absolute nightmare customer.” Imagine paying Hills thousands of pounds to sell your property, only for them to bad-mouth you to the buyer. Completely unacceptable. Given this behaviour, it’s no surprise there are so many negative reviews online. I submitted a formal complaint and received a response from Charlotte today no empathy, no apology. If this is how a director behaves, it’s clear why the rest of the staff follow suit. If you value your time, your money and your sanity, avoid Hills like the plague!! Useless!!

They were professional, approachable, and always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Communication was clear throughout the whole process, and I felt well supported at every stage of the sale. They clearly know the market well and gave honest, sensible advice, which helped everything move along smoothly. Selling a house can be stressful, but they made it feel straightforward and well managed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. We had an offer within days of the viewings.<br>Go with an agent who is as committed as you are to sell and will add valuable insight to the process. You won't be disappointed with Paul.
