4th Oct 2026 (23 days ago)Good service from Satchells, but avoid Paul Taylor at Taylor Rose<br><br>Overall, I had a good experience with Satchells. The team were helpful, easy to contact by phone and did their best to keep things moving during what became a very difficult purchase.<br><br>Unfortunately, the vendor’s conveyancer, Paul Taylor, Consultant Solicitor at Taylor Rose, caused significant delays. There were multiple occasions where he was uncontactable for several days and enquiries were often not answered in full, resulting in repeated chasing and further delays. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise buyers to be cautious if he is acting for the vendor.<br><br>Satchells continued to chase where they could and helped get the purchase over the line.
