Stuart and the whole team were respectful and understanding of my situation and despite me not living locally they kept me updated and informed at all times during the whole selling process. I found them to be professional and very efficient, whilst being friendly and very approachable at all times. I really do recommend using Stuart Thomas and his team, as they made a difficult and stressful time a lot easier. Thank you once again.

2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)We used Williams & Donovan for the sale and purchase of our new home from June 2025 to when we completed in February 2026. The whole team were great from start to finish, the valuation and photos for the sale of our property with Lloyd, to our viewings organised and managed by Anita, Darren and Denise and a special mention to Stephanie who was a great help with our sale progression. She kept us up to date where needed and gave us regular reassurance due to unforseen circumstances in the chain. Stephanie was very responsive, always polite and helpful and in regular contact with us throughout, a great support! Thank you to you all, we would recommend Williams & Donovan.

27th Sep 2024 (1 year ago)This is the 4th time I have had the pleasure of moving house, and the first time it has really and truly been a pleasure, the whole process from start to finish was expertly managed by the WW team. The whole thing simplified to such a point that I forgot most of the time that I was going through the process. The friendly polite nature of all the staff who would keep me informed as, when or even before I needed to know or do something was a pleasure to behold. Thx so much for making something that I thought was going to be so difficult SSSOOO easy.

Prompt advertising and clean clear photos. I had prior knowledge of every viewing and feedback soon after. Viewings came thick and fast and property was sold STC within 10 days at near asking price

Lee valued my property and has a relaxed no nonsense attitude which, for me, made hunt roche the obvious choice. Ben kept the sale progressing and helped get it over the line with concise communication and understanding of the situation. Thank you!

She went above and beyond to make sure I got the home I so badly wanted even on her days off she called me to keep me in the loop and she processed all the necessary referencing in more then a timely manner meaning I heard back same day! However once we went with them we had an offer within 3 days from the first viewers Felt great about it and then communications seemed to stop and was left in the dark and we had to chase for further info and timeliness etc

Their WhatsApp communication made everything quick and easy, and when the sale hit problems, they worked tirelessly to get it back on track. 4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)Gilbert and Rose had a professional approach to valuing my property and seemed enthusiastic. We received and accepted an offer the day after the advert went live. The communication from then onwards was very poor. I had to chase for information as the memorandum of sale had not been issued more than 10 days after accepting the offer. Although the delay may not have been a direct fault of Gilbert and Rose, I had to chase daily for progress and as I am writing to this I have not received an update on progress and I am going to need to chase again.
