From the start, Jordan was great and communicated everything clearly and stayed on top of everything for us. Kirsty too, has been superb throughout the transaction, really helpful and understanding.<br><br>We’re certainly not planning to move again anytime soon, but if we did, I very much suspect we would use Chancellors again!<br><br>Thank you Chancellors in Carterton ??????
16th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Having worked with David Richings professionally, and more recently having put my own house on the market with them, I can honestly say I have nothing but positive things to say.<br><br>They are fantastic to deal with — professional, personable and always helpful. I’ve experienced them from both sides and the level of service has been consistently excellent.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly.
9th Jul 2023 (3 years ago)Would not recommend this estate agents. I had to chase them for feedback every time (however, only had 7 viewings in 4 months!) didn’t hear from them at all for 7 weeks! NO communication at all!! Arranged viewings with totally unsuitable prospective buyers (e.g. a lady with an electric car who wanted to install an electric hook up when there is no driveway-on street parking). Felt forgotten about as the office wasn’t in our town. Worse than disappointing.
