Our house received multiple bids over the asking price and was sold without two weeks. Stress free and actually enjoyable, which I didn't think was possible. Very happy and highly recommended.

16th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)SBK have been excellent throughout. Andrew and Andy (even making their names easy) have been super; giving clear guidance, efficient processes and keen attention. Within a week we had photos and floor plan completed and the following week over 10 viewings and an offer within two days. We have been particularly impressed with clear and prompt communications and found the online Street App very easy to use. Everyone at SBK have been friendly and positive and helpful. Thank you

Tracey and Kerri were responsive, polite and thoroughly professional throughout, getting us feedback from the landlord on our queries in no time at all! Great online systems for referencing and inventory etc making the paperwork stage a doddle! I’ve rented through 7 agencies over the years and I can confidently say this has been the most pleasant and efficient experience so far! Every faith they’re well equipped to manage the property and support us throughout our tenancy if needed!

They did for me what 2 other main stream estate agents failed in Leamington. I sell with many agents in many towns and what i experienced with this agent is the extra mile they go for you that not many agents will do. They see the sale through to the day of completion personally and liase continuously with both party solicitors to ensure productively at all times. I definitely would recommend this agent to anyone who is looking to sell in Leamington and surrounding areas, and i certainly have already recommended them to my friends and family. You will not be disappointed!

Matt was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, explaining every detail about the ins and outs of each area and property type and he even stayed past closing time on a Saturday afternoon to help us! Thank you so much, it's great to experience a personal and attentive service even when there wasn't a potential sale on the cards on the day! I can see why Crabb Curtis has so many 5* reviews
10th Jun 2026 (25 days ago)We had booked a viewing in advance for a 2-bedroom terraced house on Portland Place West, Leamington Spa. When we arrived, the agent unlocked the property and let us in, but remained on his phone throughout the viewing. There was no introduction, no walkthrough of the property, and no attempt to answer questions or engage with us. We were effectively left to view the property on our own and left shortly afterwards without any meaningful interaction. Unfortunately, this came across as unprofessional, no respect for our time and did not provide the level of service we would expect when attending a scheduled property viewing.
