23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)The team did a great job at supporting us through the sale of our house which ended up being longer and more complicated than hoped but through no fault of Mark Templer. The communication and support from start to finish was brilliant, we were always kept updated and never left wondering what was happening. Being able to speak to someone quickly and regularly made such a difference. I really valued the expertise and empathy Louis and the team were able to offer during a difficult time and sale.
3rd Jan 2020 (6 years ago)They did not communicate, they had not studied the house , what is there or not. We had to keep contacting them to gain information after possible buyers had visited. Etc.

28th Feb 2026 (7 mo. ago)The staff in the Clevedon office are fantastic. Friendly, warm and approachable. I found the owners of the company to be rude and ignorant. On two occasions its taken over a week to respond to my emails. You would think as a new office they would do what's needed to stay proactive but this hasn't been my experience.
