She went far beyond her remit to ensure the transaction crossed the finish line. If I could give her more than five stars, I would. Highly recommended.
22nd Feb 2026 (24 days ago)We completed on a (complicated!) property mid-December, via Jay and Shari at Jackson Stops. Jay was the agent and Shari the senior property consultant. It is an old, beautiful and complicated property and Shari was amazing to cut through some of the issues to get there - knows her stuff. Would highly recommend
5th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)From first meeting Michael from Fisher German at valuation stage and then Joshua at negotiation stage supported by Toby we were so impressed with their skills and communication which concluded with a successful and speedy outcome. No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.
28th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)AVOID GILSON GREY. No issues with the estate agents, but if they recommend Gilson Grey as your conveyancer, don't do it. I've never met a more useless bunch of "professionals". I've spent more than 2 weeks and 30 phonecalls trying to get someone to send in forms for my LISA deposit, a 5 minute task. Can't complete my purchase until then.

We needed much guidance and Neil was brilliant with communicating everything with us and helping achieve the final sale. We could not have picked a better estate agent to guide us through this process. Highly recommended.

4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)This review is nothing to do with a house sale but purely a thank you and an acknowledgement for the kindness and care shown to myself when my husband became unexpectedly ill near to their office today and the paramedics had to be called. The staff here were so kind to me helping me find a safe place to park our car, offering me support and even taking our 2 dogs into their office to care for them while I stayed with my husband. I do not know anyones individual names but we are both extremely grateful for your help in what was a very stressful situation for us.

The whole process of applying for a tenancy, viewings and dealing with the organisation of a lease can be very stressful but Helen was extremely helpful and made the process as easy as it could be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the services of Fisher German.

The team were exactly what you would want throughout the whole process – professional, supportive and genuinely helpful from start to finish. 12th Jun 2018 (7 years ago)Very poor service and customer experience. The photos taken were extremely bad, I even had to send my own in which weren’t good at all, but were far better than the ones they had taken. The write up on my property was that bad I had to re-write it myself. I had an offer on the property which I accepted, but the house never turned to “under offer” or “sold stc”, even after a month. On querying this, I was informed their process is that they don’t mark it as under offer or sold stc until after surveys etc. are completed, although they weren’t letting anyone view the property that rang up so there was no purpose of showing it still available. I now know this is a load of rubbish and it is the process to mark as sold stc or under offer, really it was because the buyers had pulled out on 3 other properties, information which the estate agents failed to tell me about. Lo and behold after 3 months, they pulled out on buying my property as well. During those 3 months Whittaker & Biggs pressurised me almost on a daily basis to get everything completed with my solicitor, telling me the buyers weren’t willing to progress with survey or anything until I had completed all legalities through my solicitor and there was constant pressure for me to complete it all. Being a first time seller, I did as told. This resulted in me incurring all my legal fees as everything had been done ready to exchange contracts, which I have now had to pay for and lost that money as the house didn’t sell again within 2 months of it falling through. I am now £600 down. If they had been honest with me about the buyers and the fact mine was the 4th property they had put an offer on, I would have been more careful on accepting their offer and doing anything with my solicitor. While the sale was still going through, the buyers had a survey completed, which bought up 1 minor thing which wasn’t even an issue and I was made to believe my house was falling down, the report was terrible, I’m going to have to get other surveys / work completed, I’m going to have to drop the price, etc. etc. All the pressure on me. When I received a copy of the report I couldn’t believe it and the huge mountain out of a mole hill that had been made. Everything was in the buyers favour and none of the service at all was in my best interests. The impact of having to fork out £600 for nothing and the wasted 3 months has had on me, my family and life is huge and still impacts us to this day. This is peoples lives their messing with and I’m so upset to have received the service I did.

28th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)I have just put my house on the market with this agent and the experience so far from first contact the advice, support, regular updates and availability has been excellent UPDATE SOLD very complicated sale but thanks to these amazing agents their dedication and support it happened thank you for keeping me sane Update 2025 This is the third time we have asked Wheatcroft and Lloyd to be our agent. I have never worked with a company who are so professional yet 100% supportive and caring. Fran, Debs and their team are there for every step of the way, never a call not returned promptly even after office hours. A complicated sale made easy for us because of their skills. Would never use anyone else and 100% recommend.

The marketing was very professional with good photographs and videos, we got lots of viewings which were all handled by James. Also when things stalled while enquiries were being answered by both ours and the buyers' solicitors, James and Louise were extremely diligent in helping to move the process along which really helped us to complete on time. Would highly recommend Lord and Porter.
29th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Cheshire Property and in particular Alex were amazing Estate Agents. ???? Right from the start Alex explained everything to me as I had not moved house for 40 years! My house had 6 offers in 6 days which was unbelievable. As I was out of area later, Alex went round to the property and supervised anything that needed doing. I cannot thank her enough and would highly recommend this company for any house moving needs. Thanks so much Alex
