6th Feb 2021 (5 years ago)The Covid pandemic has not made it easy to sell our beautiful 17th century cottage with having to make many challenging decisions along the way! However, with Harry Sheppard's expert help, this challenge was made much easier: always supportive at the other end of the phone, he encouraged us through a couple of fallen-through sales! Our 62 viewings were expertly managed by three of Knight Frank representatives, Patti, Philippa & Sara, with wonderful communications left at all times. At the end of 15 months, the team felt like part of our family! We highly recommend Knight Frank Oxford for their competitiveness, professionalism, friendliness and patience. 19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)We dealt with Royston at Davies and Partners for our house purchase. Royston was extremely accommodating for several house visits we arranged throughout the purchase process, he was always contactable by phone and replied immediately and clearly to any emails we sent him. Royston also acted as an imperative form of communication between ourselves and the sellers when the solicitors may have not have been so responsive. He personally allowed us to ensure the purchase went through as quickly and as stress free as possible and we are very grateful for his professionalism and helpful approach to our purchase from beginning to end. We were extremely impressed with the service we received from Davies and Partners.
2nd Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)I chose Boughtons over another mainly because of the all female staff, who had a more relaxed attitude. After an initial valuation which seemed, to me, a bit too high, they suggested a revision which then attracted viewings. We suffered a lag with the normal drop in viewings during the school break and then another drop as people waited for the budget. Despite this, Boughtons kept in touch and updated me throughout.
