If I could give more stars, I would. Grant at the Cupar office has been wonderful helping us buy our first house. He covered all bases, was very kind and patient with us when we asked a million questions, and was so quick that we had moved within the month! Awful dealing with my fathers estate. 1 year since my fathers passing and still not completed. Have phoned repeatedly to ask if assistance is required to finalise proceedings,but call backs dont seem to be on their remit. No property sale was involved only finacial items which we provided. I understand that my estranged brother is executor ( to which the firm was informed by myself)but a courtesy phone call wouldnt have gone amiss during our grieving to keep myself & my sister aware of proceedings....
