Already booked the day off so fuming at the complete dis regard of this outfit. Completely unprofessional and extremely arrogant in my opinion!!!! Lesson learned!!!

9th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Having used another estate agent unsuccessfully, Robin Jessop rescued us. They are friendly, professional and most of all honest. They always answer the phone and they do what they say they will. Practical advice is always on hand and they are very approachable. Mitchell and Sam have been amazing and attentive. I wish we’d used them to sell our house in the first place. I would highly recommend using Robin Jessop.

Did not listen to us about sale price, sent people who couldn’t afford the mortgage, poor quality feedback, not making appointments at requested times, even phoned 2 days after we had moved to see if we had exchanged!DO NOT USE THEIR AUCTION SERVICE!were on the verge of changing agents when we struck lucky thanks to Covid!

Joanna has been so incredibly helpful, supportive and professional throughout the process. I am extremely impressed with the service, in a world where so many companies really fall short in this area, Jorys estates are one of the few who go the extra mile and will do anything to help their customers.
