22nd May 2024 (1 year ago)Absolute shocking service which resulting in me losing alot of money. No communication, no updates, they over value a property to get you on board and then you have to keep reducing the price because they cannot sell it. 2 years to sell a property during a time when all houses were flying off the shelves! Anything associated with Duckworths, I would stay well away unless you want to lose money. They don't care and it shows in their service.

Charlotte has been great replied to every email quickly and sorted everything very fast and professionally. And a thanks to Adam who did the viewings with us and answered all our questions. Would definitely recommend buying or renting a property from this company. 26th Feb 2026 (20 days ago)Can't thank Keenans enough and in particular Debbie. We saw a house on the Wednesday and picked up the keys one week later! Debbie was quick to respond to questions and worked with the landlord to ensure a quick handover and move in.
5th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.

I would like to say a special thank you to Jack Stones, I could not have done it without his support, professionalism and helpfulness. I would totally recommend the whole company, but especially Jack !!!

They have guided me through the necessary steps and I feel very much at ease leaving everything in their clearly capable hands. All requests and queries have been responded to and dealt with very quickly and to a high standard. Many thanks to sonia. I would absolutely highly recommend! Update - after multiple properties let, my opinion hasn't changed. Duffins. have certainly proved they both talk and walk the walk! I now feel much more relaxed knowing my property is being managed through them. The whole team makes everything seamless and stress free. Communication is second to none - and they listen! Happy landlord

We can't say Thank you enough. If we ever move from here we would use you. But hoping no more moves. Thanks again . All I can say is they are top notch. I cannot praise them highly enough. 27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Initially, the sales team were incredibly helpful and valued the property accurately and asserted they already had buyers lining up for the property. In reality this wasn’t the case and in the 5 weeks only one viewing. Promised lots but Did not deliver.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

All staff were extremely friendly and communicated regularly, always returning my calls and updating me on the progress and the sale was completed within two months. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending this company.
