After reading through some of the reviews it's mind boggling how some people receive an excellent service and some don't. Unfortunately our experience is hugely disappointing. We still receive emails about viewings for a property we don't live in and are still waiting for a sizeable deposit back from a rental. The utter lack of communication in the office is astonishing. They persuaded me to sell with them after massively marking up my home. This meant we were viewing properties out of our reach and that in a matter of weeks they asked for a £20k drop to our asking price. This meant we could not move on as hoped so we had to withdraw.
