They gave the keys to the then prospective buyer to go to the property unaccompanied. When something was found to be missing from the house it took a letter from my solicitor for them to acknowledge responsibility and pay to replace the missing item. No apology. Extremely poor level of service and rude. Not to mention irresponsible and unprofessional. Basic care and concern fro the security of my property as their client non existant.... Read more

Not interested in helping you out, typical estate agent who's just trying to coin any small amount of money out of you. I'm looking to buy a house down there to sell on, it was originally on with these people and all I asked was for a figure they thought it was worth today. They wanted to charge me for a 2 second conversation, even though I said I will sell it back through them as I am out of town!! As an estate agent myself, I get calls all day long from people like me, I’m friendly and polite, so if I had someone like me, I give out free advice, it’s not all about what you can get out of someone today!! I won't be using their services as there are agents in this vicinity that are more willing to help. My advice would be shop around, these people are after every penny they can get out of you....probably to fund their holiday that they have just come back from….. While they were away, I called and there was no one able to help me until they came back off holiday.....pretty poor service that isn't it? You have to wait for them to get back off holiday before anyone can assist you. I'd go somewhere where the staff are properly trained to assist you when they are away....I dread to think of the state of their business if something happened to them, how can the office deal with you if they aren’t around?? What a micky mouse set up that is......pretty much says it all, a board game of a company, which boils down to the fact that, it is all about how much money they can milk you for. Poor show in my opinion. Always says a lot about a company who's been around years with such few reviews......I stand by what I say...poor!... Read more
