Imogen was amazing when we went to view the property and managed to have a deal in place within an hour. Then Nicky has been amazing with the progression of the sale. Straight to the point with honest answers and always a phone call away if needed. Myself and partner are really pleased with the service 5*

Christina showed us round a few properties we had seen on Rightmove but the property we purchased was one Christina recommended we viewed after we had let her know about our situation. As we progressed towards completion Nicky really helped to push things along for us and keep us posted with progress. The team were all polite and friendly we are grateful for their help and would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking a reliable Estate Agent.

Took all the stress out of my sale and can’t recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for a Local Business to help with their home sale.

My house sale unfortunately fell through on four separate occasions, and each time they acted quickly, professionally, and had it back on the market without delay. They managed to secure a new buyer every time, showing real dedication and persistence. Their communication, professionalism, and commitment were outstanding throughout the whole process. I highly recommend Meyers. A special mention to Paige, a huge credit to the company! 2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)We’ve had a really positive experience selling our house with Connells. From start to finish the process has felt smooth, professional and well managed. Robbie was excellent from the very beginning. He got the property to market quickly and generated strong interest straight away, which led to a fast sale. He was proactive, realistic and easy to deal with, which gave us confidence throughout. Lily has also been brilliant. She has done a great job supporting the process behind the scenes, keeping communication flowing between us and the solicitors and making sure nothing was left hanging. Having that level of coordination made a real difference and helped keep things moving. Overall, a genuinely pleasant experience. Unfortunately, we had to withdraw from the purchase due to unforeseen circumstances. Richard is a credit to Connells and when we return to the housing market in the future, we will be heading straight for Connells and hopefully Richard.

As a result we invited three firms to visit us and when we met Caroline, the Beaminster branch manager, from Symonds and Sampson, it really was no contest. Her focus was entirely on what we wanted and she went to some lengths determining that, including advice on buying our next home. Once we were on the market with Symonds and Sampson the contacts with the office, mainly by phone and email were excellent. Although it was a short “chain” the sale wasn’t straightforward and the attention paid to us and the efforts to deal with any issues arising were very good, especially from Caroline. In fact we commented that even had our property been worth considerably more we could not have asked for any better service. We have no hesitation in recommending the team at Symonds and Sampson, Beaminster.

He was efficient, communicated clearly, and kept me regularly updated throughout. I always knew what was happening and what the next steps were, which gave me real confidence in the process. He also took the time to explain everything along the way, which I really appreciated. A big thank you as well to Charity, who was very kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. 20th Feb 2026 (26 days ago)James and the team have been great from the offset. They have ticked all of the boxes. They are all professional, punctual and not afraid to pick up the phone and tell you how it is, which is a massive plus! I was advised to get in touch with them after being massively let down by another company and the difference in quality of service has been night and day! If you want to deal with genuine people who get the job done then give these guys a go! I have always been told that selling your house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things to do but I haven't found anything to be stressful with these guys, especially given how average the market is at the moment! 5* service, highly recommend!
9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Over the last year I have had experience of dealing with around 30 estate agents along the South Coast of England, a number of which were located in Weymouth. Out of all of those companies, Gabby from Beaumont Jones was the most proactive and friendly member of staff who conveyed a genuine interest in assisting me with my property search. She provided regular updates and 'check-in' calls and I'm certain that if I had found a property with Beaumont Jones, the purchase would have been speedy and efficient. I hadn't realised that this was a family run Estate Agency but I'm not surprised. There is definitely a higher level of care and attention to detail than in many of their 'competitors'. Well done and keep up the good work, Gabby!
