I've dealt with estate agents before, but this company was an absolute joke. They were completely unwilling to do their jobs and made little to no effort to follow up with or chase the landlord for answers to basic questions. They seemed to have very limited information about the property and constantly told us to call the office, only for the office to have no additional information either. The overall service was extremely unprofessional. One of the final frustrations was their refusal to release the keys without a face-to-face ID check, despite already having taken and verified our ID at the start of the process. Whenever shortcomings in their service were raised, they hid behind the "new renters' rights" legislation, even when it was completely unrelated to the issue being discussed. It felt more like an excuse than a genuine explanation. In summary, I found them lazy, unprofessional, and uncooperative. I would not recommend them based on my experience.... Read more
