   Its a difficult market for selling. Properties are listed in abundance with valuations perhaps starting too high. Buyers are few and far between which meant that we had only 4 viewings over the same number of months. Every viewing is therefore critical and needs your agent to be fully appraised of features and any questions answered.    Seriously I could not be more shocked at the level of service. Having seen a flat come on Friday I emailed straights away. I also called and left numbers. I then called on the Monday (which was a real chore as no one was answering the phone) after 10th time to be told that the lady who deals with letting not in, but they would leave a message for her I then call Tuesday morning 10 mins after the lines are open to say that she has booked all the viewings and that they are not taking anymore. Shocking waste of time and the attitude was really tough luck, not Im sorry maybe I could help with another property.... Read more
