They were professional, effective, reliable, clear, straight forward and efficient in everything they did but they were also friendly, thoughtful, responsive and really easy to work with. They were great at listening and understanding our situation as it evolved and changed and always ready to help with answers and suggestions when needed. Moving home can be a roller coaster of ups and downs but working with Chris and Emma and knowing we could rely on them to helpful and straight forward was a massive help and I am happy to be able to thoroughly recommend their services.

No AGM organised in 5 years, 6 months to deal with a blocked drain caused by their own contractor. 2 months and 6 emails and not a blade of grass cut in the estate with tall weeds growing from tarmac pathways. Good at talking, not so good at doing, Excuse after excuse.- 21st Apr 2026 (17 days ago)Stags Tiverton were fantastic throughout my house sale. From start to finish, the process felt personal and professional, and the team at Tiverton Stags were incredibly patient and kind. Lisa was especially excellent at managing the emotional side of the transaction and keeping everything balanced. I can’t recommend Stags highly enough. I was quite nervous at the outset about selling a small residential property, but I would strongly recommend the team for any property sale.

On both occasions, the sales team worked well together and with us to market and complete the sale. We found them extremely helpful and professional, also patient and reassuring when things did not progress as smoothly as we would have liked. We would recommend them to anyone wanting to sale their property in this area.

Nick guided us through the sale of my partners bungalow with the ups and downs of selling which included a a buyer pulling out just before exchange to then securing us with another buyer almost immediately, ensuring we secured the purchase of our new home. Moving house never goes smoothly but with Nick guiding us through the journey this was eased somewhat. Would highly recommend Nick and Felicity. Great Team!!
