13th Feb 2025 (1 year ago)Bradley's took over the advertising and sale of my mother's house after another agent had failed miserably. They were very professional in all aspects of their work and achieved a sale, albeit for less than we wanted to achieve.

31st Dec 2025 (11 weeks ago)Recently bought a house through Fulfords. I found them professional and easy to deal with. In particular Harry Copping went the extra mile to get answers to our queries in order to reassure us at a very stressful time. One suggestion - it would be helpful if, when staff are away on leave, they could have an auto-reply to that effect on their email to stop us waiting unnecessarily for a response. That said, we would recommend Fulfords and to Harry in particular - thank you so much for all your help.

10th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)The literal embodiment of why estate management companies have a poor reputation. 6 estate managers in 6 years. No AGM organised in 5 years, 6 months to deal with a blocked drain caused by their own contractor. 2 months and 6 emails and not a blade of grass cut in the estate with tall weeds growing from tarmac pathways. Good at talking, not so good at doing, Excuse after excuse.- 1st Nov 2025 (20 weeks ago)Belinda worked very hard to secure a sale of our property. Communication was first class.
7th Jan 2026 (10 weeks ago)After meeting several estate agents and getting valuations from all them, we were immediately impressed by Knight Franks professional and friendly approach plus their positive response to our property. Although we waited quite a long time to decide to proceed, Knight Frank were understanding, realistic, efficient and professional throughout. They prepared marketing materials, gave clear information about pricing, targeted appropriate clients for our property throughout a very difficult time. Florence Biss was our main contact and we cannot rate her highly enough, great communication, positive throughout and always responsive to our concerns. We ultimately achieved a positive outcome to a very complicated sale of house, land and outbuildings which I am not sure we would have achieved with some of the other companies. Sharon, Ben and the whole team were excellent communicators, very helpful, personable and the most professional estate agents I’d encountered throughout my search. They made the experience stress free and were there to help anytime we needed it. I highly recommend them. ??????????

Refused a viewing as my current landlord is a guarantor for some one in a property they manage who hasn't paid rent. Don't see how that involves me or why they feel the need to share that information. Looking at Welden & Edwards reviews they need to have a look at there staff.

Throughout the whole process the Team at East of Exe, Jo, Tilly and Matt have supported us. Professional, knowledgeable,calm and efficient, we cannot recommend them highly enough.

Emily answered our queries both written and verbal with clarity and in a friendly manner. Timescales were realistic; as we started the search for a new tenant just before Christmas. Other staff in the Crediton office are also very helpful. Winkworths has been a good experience in finding a new tenant.
