Very poor communication (no answers to phone calls) and limited contact throughout. The branch appears to be regularly closed and not open as in accordance with their opening hours on Google (don't waste your time driving there, you will hit a locked front door), making it difficult to get any assistance. The branch displays properties in its window that do not appear to be marketed by the agency. This creates a misleading impression of the instructions they hold and raises questions about transparency. Overall, frustrated and disappointed with this agent.... Read more

Great service from these folks. The house had been on the market for a while with relatively little interest through a traditional estate agency, but Matt suggested an improved approach that generated decent interest, two good offers and a successful sale. They quickly produced great marketing materials that really showcased the property, highlighting its potential to a range of different buyers.
