12th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)I looked at so many houses, nothing was right and then I stumbled across a new property. A viewing was arranged quickly with the staff at Hunter French Frome. It was a difficult process for me, but Ben and his team did absolutely everything to help the process. Very happy to be in my new forever home.

I don’t know how they’ve done it but clearly their marketing methods work. In addition to this, every member of staff we’ve had communications with has been clear, understanding, polite & helpful. I would give them 6 stars if I could. Jack especially has been brilliant.

Both were incredibly helpful with anything we needed, no matter how big or small, and were always happy to answer our questions and reassure us whenever we had any worries.<br><br>They were friendly, approachable, and genuinely willing to go the extra mile to help. Their communication and support throughout were outstanding, and we’re so grateful for everything they did. Thank you both!

They pass on all tenant concerns and enquiries and keep us informed of any repairs needed. They are fair and scrupulous in all matters regarding change of tenancy and rental decisions and adjustments. They keep us appraised in all matters relating to this tenancy and we recommend them 100%.
