The difference in energy, flexibility and "can do" attitude was clear from the start, and this was then followed up by superior photography and marketing. I'd recommend them for anyone looking to sell their property in the Oxted area.

14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)What can I say to truly convey my positivity and trust towards the team at the Caterham Branch in their true value - All the team have been polite/helpful, proactive and no task is too much for them.<br>We put our house on the market in Chaldon, at what proved to be a very tricky market this summer. The branch manager, Daniel was very honest in his valuation initially. We tried the higher value but despite their best efforts in marketing fully for us, we had no joy. Following a price reduction suggested by us, the team stepped up the marketing again, re-listed to potential purchasers and immediately updated the websites. Here we are, 9 viewings later and now under offer, chain complete, our purchase confirmed and solicitors in touch. Fingers crossed this will progress to completion now, I have faith in the team.<br>Special mentions to Kristine and the lovely Lily-Mae and of course, Daniel for his patience and superior experience of property sales in the area.<br>Highly recommend if you are thinking of marketing your property in Chaldon or the local area!

It hasn’t been an easy search, and there have been more than a few disappointments along the way. But the team at Bairstow Eves have made the whole experience so much easier.<br><br>From Louise’s diligence and forward thinking, to Jonathan’s charm, character and expertise, Corinne’s knowledge and gentle reassurance, and Nick’s efficiency and ability to get things moving, everyone has brought something special to the journey. Louise and Johnathan were especially exceptional; what a team!<br><br>They’ve reassured me through the setbacks, kept my spirits up and never made me feel that finding the right home was too much to ask. When my optimism was running low, they always seemed to have some in reserve.<br><br>Now, in September 2026, they’ve helped me find my forever home. There’s still the final stretch to go, but I’m so grateful to have them alongside me.<br><br>Thank you all for your patience, kindness and hard work. I’m looking forward to the moment I can finally collect those keys!
