She clearly knew the market and the area to give us the best guidance to put in a successful offer on our new home. The building site was very restricted for additional viewings, but Emma was very cooperative for us to gain access, and for trades to arrange dates with her to measure up. Invaluable for us to have a successful and easy move. Thank you Emma, you really did make the difference to our purchase.

29th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)We went with Bond to sell our flat recently - we chose them based on being the most realistic valuation, being down to earth (not a sales pitch!) and their experience selling similar flats. We had weekly communication with them as they changed their marketing as things progressed. We did all the viewings ourselves which was fine with us anyway. Sold our flat in 6 weeks for asking price so happy with the experience with Bond!

The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.

29th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)This is the only Estate Agents that i can genuinely say care about their clients as well as the landlords! Our current landlord used Oakheart when we moved into his property and the guys were so helpful, (i did a review then as I was so impressed!). We are now moving back to Surrey and our landlord has used Oakheart once again. I have been liaising with Minty regarding viewings via email; she has been so friendly, kind and considerate especially with viewings around the busy Xmas period. She hasn't been demanding and has worked around our shift work schedule (Train Driver), when it comes to booking people to view the property. It is so refreshing for existing tenants to be treated with kindness as well as possible new tenants and the landlords. Thank you Minty and Oakheart!
