They successfully sold two of our houses and provided amazing service from start to finish. Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly, professional, and dedicated to getting the best outcome for us. We would like to give an extra special mention to Debbie, who dealt with our purchases and was incredibly professional, helpful, and supportive throughout the process. We also want to thank Danny and Ruby, who truly went the extra mile when selling our homes too. Their communication was excellent — they always picked up messages quickly, responded promptly, and made us feel genuinely heard and supported every step of the way. They all worked incredibly hard to sell both properties and gave us the extra care and attention that made such a difference during what can be a stressful process. We’re so grateful for all of their hard work and would absolutely use John Alexander again in the future to sell our home. Thank you!

26th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)The whole team at Fenn Wright in Manningtree have been excellent from start to finish in helping us buy our new house. Kaleigh in particular was very quick to give us updates, call to check-in and didn't leave us waiting at the end of the phone in what can be a quite stressful process. She spoke to the solicitors and translated a lot of the complex legal terms into plain English for us which was greatly appreciated. I have nothing but good things to say about the team and would like to thank them for all of their hard work!

They have been so patient with us, more than accommodating and fitting us in such late notice for a viewing which I really appreciated! I would recommend to both buyers and sellers. 5th May 2023 (3 years ago)Very disappointing… they didn’t vet the viewers carefully enough and had a lot of time wasters . Marketing of the property was such that offers were coming in way below what the property was worth. When I asked them to take the property off the market it took them days to take it off Rightmove and they still haven’t been round to collect the For Sale sign or indeed return the spare set of keys we lent them .
24th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Very poor property description initially - evidently no research of the area undertaken and lack of property features included as well as some inaccurate information used. Having given some pointers of the positives of the property and locality, they basically used all of my wording resulting in having described the property ourselves and providing the sales pitch for them. No communication whatsoever in 3/4 months. No signs of additional effort other than listing on basic sales sights (eg rightmove etc) Different advice given by different staff members. Request for partial refund of advertising fees completed ignored after complaint and subsequent dis-instruction, we didn’t even receive a reply or acknowledgement of this.

Rachele was especially helpful, keeping us updated and making the process much less stressful with her clear communication and persistence. Thank you, Rachele, for your support and professionalism. Josh was great with viewings and answering any key questions I had, allowing my large family to visit on multiple occasions. Debbie is honestly the most helpful and kind professional, she kept me regularly updated on the process, chased on weekly/daily basis and ensured exchange and completion occurred around the chain's busy schedules. Thank you team, you have been amazing and I will be sure to use you, should I ever move again

We found her to be kind and very professional but also down to earth enough we could have a joke and laugh when things were getting stressful.
