He has fanastic knowledge of the market and strategy for both selling and buying property. After securing a buyer for our property, Danny went on to provide us with key advice and support in the negotiation of our new property. We are thrilled with the result, and so grateful to Danny and John Alexander. We felt that they always had our best interests at heart. We couldn't recommend them high enough. Thank you!

26th Jun 2026 (8 weeks ago)The whole team at Fenn Wright in Manningtree have been excellent from start to finish in helping us buy our new house. Kaleigh in particular was very quick to give us updates, call to check-in and didn't leave us waiting at the end of the phone in what can be a quite stressful process. She spoke to the solicitors and translated a lot of the complex legal terms into plain English for us which was greatly appreciated. I have nothing but good things to say about the team and would like to thank them for all of their hard work!

After my tenant of 12 years gave notice, I contacted the estate agency to let them know I wanted my property marketed and re-let as soon as possible.<br><br>Within just a couple of days, Daniel had everything in motion without any hesitation. He kept me updated throughout the process and was always calm, reassuring and professional.<br><br>What initially felt like a daunting situation quickly turned into a positive one, and my property is now let to a lovely couple who will be moving in soon.<br><br>Daniel's calm demeanour, soft-spoken nature, excellent communication and efficiency made the whole experience stress-free. These are qualities that are becoming increasingly rare, and I truly appreciated his dedication and professionalism. Thank you, Daniel, for making what could have been a stressful process so seamless.

5th May 2023 (3 years ago)Very disappointing… they didn’t vet the viewers carefully enough and had a lot of time wasters . Marketing of the property was such that offers were coming in way below what the property was worth. When I asked them to take the property off the market it took them days to take it off Rightmove and they still haven’t been round to collect the For Sale sign or indeed return the spare set of keys we lent them .
24th Jun 2025 (1 year ago)Very poor property description initially - evidently no research of the area undertaken and lack of property features included as well as some inaccurate information used. Having given some pointers of the positives of the property and locality, they basically used all of my wording resulting in having described the property ourselves and providing the sales pitch for them. No communication whatsoever in 3/4 months. No signs of additional effort other than listing on basic sales sights (eg rightmove etc) Different advice given by different staff members. Request for partial refund of advertising fees completed ignored after complaint and subsequent dis-instruction, we didn’t even receive a reply or acknowledgement of this.

Their communication was clear, timely, and genuinely reassuring, which made the whole process far smoother and less stressful.<br><br>You can really tell they care about getting things right for their clients — their dedication and professionalism stood out. We’re incredibly grateful for their support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, engaged and hardworking agents.

From start to finish, she has been absolutely fantastic and has gone above and beyond to keep me updated throughout what turned into a very complicated and stressful house move!<br><br>There were so many twists and turns along the way, and at times I really thought the whole chain was going to fall apart. Debbie was always there with an update, a reassuring word and a willingness to chase things up and help find a solution.<br><br>She was incredibly patient, understanding and professional throughout, and I genuinely don’t think I could have asked for better support. She helped keep everything together when it felt like it was all falling apart! ??????<br><br>Thank you so much, Debbie, for everything you have done. 2nd Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)Amazing Service! Lola showed us round multiple times on different occasions at first which you do not see much with EAs so that was very helpful. After having a bid accepted, Chris and Lola were both very helpful. Very responsive, proactive and took things into their own hands when there were issues with solicitors and if we had any questions regarding the house or any processes. No hassle at all. Would definitely recommend and would happily use them again if we ever sell :)
