Cheriee was lovely to deal with throughout the inspection process. Super accommodating with appointment times and very understanding when it came to scheduling around us. On arrival she was friendly and professional, and explained exactly what she was going to do before getting started which put me at ease straight away. She clearly cares about doing a good job and made the whole process feel easy.
