28th Sep 2026 (29 days ago)Very poor experience with this agency.<br>There was little transparency from the start, with the tenancy agreement repeatedly delayed until, just two weeks before our planned move-in date, we were told the property was no longer available because the landlord had changed their mind.<br><br>This left us in an extremely difficult situation with very little time to find alternative accommodation.<br><br>Even the holding deposit refund took a week and required multiple emails (with no reply) and phone calls. Very disappointing experience overall.
2nd Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)Not very good communication. Contacted about a viewing on a property & was told they were on holiday for the week & viewings would be arranged when back. Chased today (Tuesday) about viewings & miraculously it has been let. Just communicate correctly, its not much to ask. If the viewings were full or something, just say so.

This made the process much smoother and easier than house moves can be. Mandy shared our home buying experience alongside us from start to finish and Dale's excellent organisation and communication skills kept us informed in the later stages. We can very highly recommend using the dedicated and lovely team of staff at Harts.
