We rented a studio apartment with Living Residential for one year. Our experience with them was by far the best Landlord experience I have ever had. They have been supportive and accommodating from the start, without the pressurising atmosphere I have experienced with some agents. Living Residential were professional, supplying us all the relevant documents and information promptly, and happy to advise on any questions or queries. Our referencing was a bit complicated as we had recently lived/worked abroad, but they helped us through the documentation. They have been easy to contact throughout our tenancy, responding usually within the hour or at least within the working day.
