4th Oct 2021 (4 years ago)Made an appointment a month ago for a house valuation. Day before the appointment received a call cancelling said appointment in order to save petrol. Not impressed at all. Even if they want to do a valuation now my answer would be NO

They guided us through the sale. Brian did a great job from start to finish , getting us the best price and making the brochure look stunning . I would highly recommend them.to anyone looking for quality and excellent service Thanks Emma and Anne

27th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Overall a very good service especially at the beginning when Ben valued the property and supplied all information required to assist us with marketing the property and also later when Laurence became involved and was our main link with relaying information and keeping us updated until the sale was completed. During the middle part of the process there were a number of times that I telephoned the office for updates or information and each time was promised a call back which unfortunately didn’t happen.- 3rd Dec 2021 (4 years ago)Anthony and Christina were very friendly, professional and knowledgable. Christina in particular went the extra mile on more than one occasion to ensure everything, from sale to completion, stayed on track. She was amazing.

Isobel was excellent at keeping us up to date and making sure the sale was completed before the stamp duty went up.

1st May 2026 (7 days ago)The owner Jamie was so rude and arrogant, they didn’t tell the vendors about another offer on their property to which we went and kindly spoke to them and they confirmed they knew nothing about it. He even had the cheek to say well I’ve checked your chain and your buyers buyer isn’t sold and if your estate agent was any good they would check this? I checked this and it turns out it is sold and he got the house wrong. I refuse to buy any house from them to line the pocket of such a rude man
