20th Jan 2026 (15 weeks ago)False promises, complete disregard to health and safety. Put me and my family through hell for 6 months. No communication, no help, no support. Just take your money. Rented us a property with sockets hanging off the wall, incorrect electrical tests. Hazards and mess all around the house and garden. Cost hundreds to put right out of our own pockets to move in and plenty off stress and annoyance during our tenancy. No help during tenancy. Multiple better estate agents around.

11th Mar 2026 (8 weeks ago)Always a fabulous selection on offer. Really well laid out and options to bid online if you cant make it on the day. Only point last visit was lack of customer service basics when paying. No please thank you or even acknowledgement. Every other staff member was lovely though and this doesnt normally happen so still 5 stars. The lad helping load our van had so much energy and was lovely. Looking forward to attending next month

7th May 2026 (1 day ago)unfortunately my experience with this agency has been consistently disappointing. Many of the properties they advertise look great and are reasonably priced, which is why I kept applying and contacting them repeatedly. However, despite numerous enquiries, I have never once been offered a viewing. The process is always the same: you call about a property, they ask you to complete an application form, you send all your information, and then you receive an automatic email saying someone will contact you shortly. But nobody ever does. The most frustrating part is the complete lack of communication. Other agencies usually contact applicants to explain whether viewings are available, whether the property already has too many applicants, or whether the application was unsuccessful. This agency simply ignores people after they submit their details. I even contacted them multiple times to ask for clarification, and each time I received the same scripted responses such as “we cannot offer viewings to everyone.” I understand that perfectly. The issue is not rejection — the issue is the lack of professionalism and communication. For context, I have a good rental history, and I currently rent a property that actually costs more than many of the properties I applied for through this agency. I am financially able to afford the rent, so the complete lack of response is difficult to understand. I also know several local friends (families) who tried to rent through this agency and had similarly negative experiences. They described the agency as completely unhelpful and said the process caused them a huge amount of unnecessary stress.If applicants are told someone will contact them, then they should receive an update, even if the answer is no. People are left waiting with no information at all. I also found the staff quite dismissive and unhelpful during phone conversations. Communication felt rushed and unfriendly rather than supportive. I genuinely feel this agency needs to improve its customer service, transparency, and communication with applicants. A simple update or honest explanation would save people a lot of time and stress but they usually say:”We have no time for that”!!!Actually it’s part of your job!
18th Jan 2025 (1 year ago)Overall average, agent understood urge to move and sell and overpriced the property and did not communicate with us weekly or fortnightly as stated in contract. Had to contact agent, also due to lack of interest they did two viewings for people who were not even on the market yet. Staff were pleasant and were charming enough, maybe due to the state of the market and interest rate rise this will have factored into the reason they could not sell the property, however lack of communication and plan of action lead us to take off the market with them.

Communication was excellent, and they were always on hand to answer any questions and provide helpful advice. They made everything straightforward and stress-free. Kept us up to date with our application and always got a timely reply to our queries either by phone or email. Lovely to feel you are actually listened to and he understood our individual needs. 29th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)Highly recommend!!! I chose to use Your Move, because I liked the idea of using the 'open house' and 'offers over' method of marketing. I have sold several houses over the years and this was by far the quickest, smoothest and definitely most stress free sale I've made. Total transaction time, 9.5 weeks from the first appraisal with Paul to completion. My property was available with vacant possession and I wanted to be able to hand over the keys and just let the agent do what they were being paid to do. This was certainly the case. My sale was handled by Sadie who is clearly very experienced at what she does. She kept me updated with progress on a weekly basis and all communication with her was clear and concise. Your Move were definitely not the cheapest agent on the High Street and Paul was upfront about this at our first meeting. I did have to take this into consideration obviously. However, all things considered, I definitely made the right decision to appoint Your Move and Sadie did a fabulous job. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Wasting our time completely when all we are trying to do is find a family home ! This company is absolutely useless. I will not be using this company again

The support and guidance they gave us and they went above and beyond to get our house sold and into our new home! If in future I was to sell again I wouldn’t hesitate to use them all. 6th May 2026 (2 days ago)The process has been remarkably quick and efficient from receiving the Get Agent information on the 3-5 top performing local estate agents, to selecting our Personal Estate agent who has excellent knowledge of the local environment and current sales values. She supported our presentation of the home and her pre-publicity and social media "video teasers" were a highly useful marketing tool. We had received an offer before going to market due to her knowledge of local buyers. We did however wait to open market and have had an offer within 10days!
