Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn’t care to fix it. Agent at the time of entry made a note of it and did nothing putting 2 adults and 4 children at risk. If I could give zeros stars I would have, avoid at all costs. Awful experience. Collected money from owners for roof repairs that never happened, then walked away as factor while still holding the funds. Months of chasing for basic answers and a refund timeline.
