18th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)We had a very positive experience with White & Sons in Dorking. The whole team were friendly, approachable and helpful throughout the process. They were always responsive when we had questions and gave us the time and flexibility we needed, including arranging multiple visits to the property while we completed surveys, inspections and various checks. We never felt rushed, which made what can be quite a stressful process much easier to manage!<br><br>A special thank you to Philip, who was excellent from start to finish! He was patient, professional and genuinely helpful, guiding us through the process and doing his best to accommodate our requests, including access to the property on several occasions. As we worked through the different checks and decisions involved in the purchase, Philip remained understanding and supportive throughout. We really appreciated his help and would happily recommend him and the White & Sons Dorking team!
4th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)The agency were good in most respects, however they suggested dropping the price within a few weeks of the property going on the market, which made us question their original valuation. Ultimately the original valuation turned out to be pretty accurate.

Jacob especially helped to keep us informed in the whole process of buying our house! And was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we may have had.
