   (While the company did finally provide compensation, it's important to note that I still experienced a significant opportunity cost as a result of their actions.) It has undeniably been the most regrettable experience of my lifetime, dealing with a solicitor team that exhibited a severe lack of professionalism and courtesy. Initially, I placed my trust in them based on their positive Google reviews, which now appear to be misleading and have led to significant frustration and inconvenience on my part. The solicitor in question was Shari, who astonishingly took a full year to complete the anti-money laundering check, despite my having submitted all required documents promptly. To compound matters, she repeatedly requested the same information, leading to redundant submissions. Regrettably, she ceased all communication, failing to respond to both my emails and those from the seller's side. My attempts to reach her went unanswered for two months until she seemingly disappeared without a trace. I was dismayed to find myself in such a predicament. In desperation, I enlisted the assistance of the estate agent, who contacted Joni, the National Head of Conveyancing. However, this interaction proved to be equally disheartening, as Joni not only displayed a lack of professionalism but also declined to provide any insight into the unilateral breach of contract, responding in a profane manner. I strongly advise against engaging with this company. As a result of their inefficiency, my funds remained in limbo within my bank account, as I had initially believed they could promptly resolve their business matters.    Sadly I tried to rent a flat from this company and the communication was SO poor. It’s a shame as they seem to have some of the best flats available to rent in Aberdeen. Especially in Rosemount area, but I would not recommend trying to rent or being a landlord with them as it takes absolutely ages for anything to happen.<br><br>Even viewings would be scheduled for 2 weeks away, even for properties not in demand.<br><br>They cancelled a viewing for 3pm at 2.30pm, and called to say the agent is off sick today. Why not call me in the morning? Then no one showed up to the rescheduled viewing time.<br><br>I called the office at least 10 times per day for a few days, never answered.<br><br>I emailed many times and I even went in person to ask what was happening with the flat I had been “accepted” to but never heard from them again.<br><br>I’ve enquiries by enquiry forms on letting websites (Right Move and Zoopla) and never heard back from them. I tried to phone but no one answers. It doesn’t seem they want to rent any flats out? Their average time a property is up on Zoopla is much higher than other agencies, by around double — I can see why! (Zoopla gives this information on their agency page)<br><br>It seems like there is only one woman who works there - she is very lovely and I had a pleasant viewing with her.
