Fox & Sons successfully sold my property, and for that I am grateful. However, I was disappointed with the level of service once a buyer had been found. Communication was good initially but became disappointing as the sale progressed. Calls and emails often took several days to be returned, and I regularly found myself chasing for updates rather than being kept informed. An additional £99 + VAT AML/ID fee was also added, which I hadn't expected, and the property video that had been discussed never materialised. The sale did complete successfully, but there was no communication to congratulate us on exchanging or completing, despite these being significant milestones. The invoice, however, arrived very promptly. For a fee of around £3,000 plus VAT, I expected a more proactive and personal service throughout the transaction. Everyone I dealt with was polite, and I genuinely hope this feedback is taken constructively because better communication would make a huge difference to the overall customer experience.... Read more
