22nd Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I'd strongly advise against even making an initial enquiry with William H Brown. Once they have your number, sales people will call you several times a day, even after you ask to be removed from their list. Sleazy and incompetent.
7th Dec 2024 (1 year ago)Mr. Colin McKenzie, the Abbotfox Norwich office Branch manager/partner was most helpful to me. He knew the market well and ,quoted me the correct price for the property so I got offers quickly. It was a vacant property for some time and he connected me with an insurance agent that carried insurance on vacant properties, which on my own, I would have never been able to. He was prompt, and took photos of my place in less than 24 hours to expedite the listing of the property. He was diligent and fast, and arranged for the cleaning crew so the property could be shown asap. Later on, there were some obstacles with the gas meter installation etc, he went above and beyond and researched the different suppliers of the gas meters and installation and arranged for them to do the testing. He spent a lot of time on my little property. . He also had a very agile mind and formulated different scenarios and the pros and cons of each action taken, so that I could come to an easy and logical decision. He was very kind and understood my situation and the urgency of selling the property . Even when the buyer had difficult demands, Colin never gave up encouraging me to soldier on, and now today, the sale was completed and I am very happy and grateful to Colin.

From the moment Dan came to value the house we had a good feeling about the agency. Modern, slightly different, and most importantly – a level of openness and attention to detail that you don’t always find in today’s world. The photos were excellent and the property was quickly on the market. From there Becky picked up the reins. She has been outstanding – keeping us updated throughout the process, offering useful suggestions and ultimately finding a buyer for a much-loved family home. A true professional and a credit to Minors & Brady. Thank you to everyone in the Caister office – we look forward to this sale reaching a successful conclusion. A special thank you to Ralph, who showed us a huge number of properties and remained incredibly patient, professional, and helpful throughout our search. No matter how many houses we viewed, he was always positive, knowledgeable, and happy to help us find the right one.<br><br>We’d also like to thank Louise, who kept us updated every step of the way after our offer was accepted. Her communication was excellent, and she made sure we always knew what was happening and what to expect next, which made the whole process much less stressful.<br><br>We couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would highly recommend Gilson Bailey to anyone looking to buy or sell a property!
