Starting with Louie on getting the initial sale closed thro to Terie Hurrell in handling the sale through to completion which certainly hasn't been easy given multiple purchases & properties involved in the chain however Terie's tenacity has again shone through ensuring completion onetime. Again thanks to everyone

Simon was fantastic during valuation and photos however I only had 3 viewings in 3 months and didn’t receive a lot of communication unless I chased. I appreciate there was nothing much to update me on but the communication wasn’t great overall as would have been nice just to have some check ins
8th Mar 2021 (5 years ago)The support of the estate agent was the most important part of this sale transaction for me, because I was selling the property as Executor for my father's estate, and I live overseas. Therefore I needed a trustworthy, professional, diligent estate agent, with reliable swift communications and effective marketing skills. Haart in Dereham fulfilled all of these requirements admirably, and I was delighted with a smooth and successful transactional outcome. In particular, I must mention Elton the Manager for his enthusiastic attention to the initial listing and creative photography skills which showed the property in excellent graphic detail. And also Roxy the sales administrator, who was always on hand to coordinate between myself, the buyers and the conveyancers. Her friendly, polite and efficient support was priceless! Overall, I unconditionally reccomend the Haart Dereham team for anyone who is selling or buying a house in their area!

Getting everything through exchange was very challenging, with the onward chain (not managed by MP!) causing major delays that split our family apart for 2 months. Throughout the whole process, the Money Properties team, in particular Tracy, worked tirelessly to manage the process and get us into our home. Out of everyone we were dealing with, the MP team fought our corner harder than anyone (and we weren't even their clients!). If you're looking for an estate agent in Wymondham, and want a team that prioritises the people over the properties, use Money Properties. 28th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Completed on buying a house with TWGaze last week. Everyone i dealt with was great - the agents that showed me round were always super helpful and honest. The purchase was complicated by the unfortunately poor health of the seller - Kyrena in particular was so instrumental in helping to get the sale completed and helping me to apply pressure to my solicitor, who often seemed oblivious to the urgency of the situation. So thank you Kyrena and thank you everyone at TWGaze!

When we were under offer Lucy was amazing , she was helpful , efficient , incredibly patient and went the extra mile on almost a daily basis . She most definitely helped keep me sane through those last few months.<br>I would not hesitate to recommend them.
