Charlie, Tina and Tanya were outstanding throughout the entire process. Despite a few challenging personalities in the chain, the team at Homes remained diligent, professional and consistently proactive. Their communication was second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Homes for any of their services.

20th Jun 2025 (8 mo. ago)I would highly recommend Peter from RH & RW Cluttons in Petworth. Peter never failed to update me daily with emails, even working into the night to make sure I was aware of every progress. He was there at the end of the phone with any concerns and made sure he went out of his way to find the answer. He even phoned me on WhatsApp whilst holidaying in USA when we were having issues dialling out. He was sensitive and caring to our needs as a purchaser and to his clients and passionate about doing a good job, you can tell, he really does care! Nothing was too much trouble and he was always there to help. Thank you Peter for helping us with our beautiful, new home!

9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Not satisfied with service as a tenant, made moving out unecessarily stressful, insisted on taking money from deposit to clean property, even though we made sure it was cleaner than when we moved in. expensive rent for outdated property.
9th Aug 2023 (2 years ago)Dean and Nicola handled our sale. The purchaser made the process drawn out and quite stressful but Dean and team were superb. In particular they were very responsive to all messages and communicated constantly - so even when the delays were stressful we had the very welcome contact and reassurance we needed. I have to say we were very a little embarrassed by the commission rate for the amount of work they did. Great value for money. Professional at all times and lovely to deal with. Big thank you. (Ps review site is odd - tapped the far right star in most cases and assume this registered 5*. It would be better if the stars turned gold so you knew for sure what you were scoring).

From start to finish she was incredibly efficient, professional and proactive in handling the letting of my property. Jade kept me fully informed throughout the entire process and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and straightforward. Her communication was excellent, she dealt with everything promptly and her knowledge of the market and attention to detail really stood out. Thanks to Jade’s hard work, my property was let quickly and the whole process was handled with complete professionalism. It’s clear she genuinely cares about delivering a great service. Honestly, we have been looking for a proper property for a couple of weeks but didn’t manage to get a proper one . Fortunately, Charlie gave us great help and assisted us to secure a nice property in Fishbourne , feel so very appreciated to his personal help ! He definitely deserves a five-star review ! Highly recommended.

We then proceeded smoothly to completion just over 3 months later. If you want to sell your house in Chichester, look no further than White and Brooks.

Right from the start, she was so professional and we felt she had a very sound and realistic take on the housing market rather than trying to put the house on at the highest possible price. Right through the selling process, she was always really friendly, helpful and profressional, as were the KF team of ladies doing the viewings. Many thanks to you all for all your sterling work!
