Dealing with Symonds and Sampson (particularly Matt) was a pleasure. Everyone in the office were so helpful in guiding us through the process and being very patient when it came to viewing properties. Never did we feel 'under pressure". In our case, we were particularly drawn to the video of our property which was not the usual slide show of the images we had already seen, but a proper walk around video which gave more detail and showed us more than the images.
